      Using Volume Shadow Copy Services (VSS), you can create a custom backup and restore application for your Exchange 2013 databases. Exchange 2013 includes a CHKSGFILES.dll that is used to verify the integrity of your Exchange databases. This download includes the CHKSGFILE.lib library and CHKSGFILES.hxx header file for use in your custom application.

      • Visual Studio 2010

    Install Instructions
      1. Click the Download link above and save the CHKSGFILES.zip file to your hard disk.
      2. Open the .zip file on your hard disk and save the files with the Visual Studio project that you are using to create your backup and restore application.
