This update contains a set of bug fixes to the System Center 2012 SP1 Service Manager release. It should be applied to all Service Manager 2012 SP1 server installations. There are two executable files available:

Bug fixes included in this update:
      1. If the amount of “Manual Activities” displayed in Service Manager Portal exceeds a certain limit, page load times out and does not render properly resulting in a blank page
      2. Improper cleanup of custom related type causes grooming on the EntityChangeLog table to stall causing the table to grow substantially
      3. Service Requests complete unexpectedly due to race condition between workflows
      4. Console crashes when double clicking parent incident link on an extended incident class
      5. PowerShell tasks created via the authoring tool don't run due to incorrect reference to certain assemblies.
      6. Exchange MP gets stuck in pending association post MP Sync Job
      7. Enable Run As Accounts for use with Exchange Connector 3.0 RTM
      8. SQL broker conversations can lead to very large OperationsManager DB size and TempDB size
      9. Service Requests put on hold are incorrectly evaluated as completed
      10. File attachments are not getting properly saved in the database
      11. RunbookMonitorWorkflow cannot handle failed status of runbooks
      12. After SP1 upgrade, new "Service Dependents" entries created for "Business Services" cannot be seen in the console any more
      13. Subsequent activities within a Service Request start to run even though the current activity has not finished yet
      14. Review Activity add reviewer workflow fails to run
      15. Simple lists in self-service portal do not function correctly in SSP after upgrading to SP1
      16. Powershell tasks created via the authoring tool don't run
      17. For users who have both smpt and sip endpoints, Service Manager picks up the Lync “sip” endpoint even when emailing users from the console
      18. After selecting "Service Requests with Service Level Warning", an error occurs about one hour later
      19. After selecting the "Assigned to me" view, a FullAdapter Exception occurs about one hour later
      20. Service Manager console maximized mode fixes
        1. The console when maximized is slow / laggy and constantly has upwards of 30% CPU utilization when running in maximized mode
        2. Context menus in the SM console don’t render where expected and instead show up at the top-right hand corner of the main window
        3. Scroll bars for the work items preview pane do not render when running in full screen mode, and even if they do, they are inactive and cannot be used (the slider refuses to move)
        4. Forms/Wizards don’t always render properly and only have the left navigation pane rendered with the right area blank
        5. When editing / creating Request Offerings User Prompts are not rendered properly
      21. Concurrent PowerShell workflows fail to run, although they show as successful in the Console
      22. An exception is raised in the console when the user attempts to open an already opened attachment from a work item form
      23. The attachment and associated details of the Release Record cannot be retrieved after it is marked as ‘Closed’
      24. Request Offerings form takes a long time to render when creating Service Requests from Request Offerings
      25. Console crashes when attempting to create a Service Request from a template on which the analyst is set using the "Assign to Analyst" task
      26. When creating a Service Request using a request offering that maps user input to a property on an activity, the Service Manager console encounters an error and closes
      27. SM console shows a generic SQL exception instead of the detailed Data Collision exception when running in a non-English environment
      28. The Configuration Manager Connector does not handle updates to DeviceHasSoftwareItemInstalled correctly causing a divergence in the data synchronized between the SM and CM databases
      29. When grooming a call to the p_DataPurging sproc results in an 8623 error with message: The query processor ran out of internal resources and could not produce a query plan
      30. Adding multiple RegEx's to a group definition causes a SQL exception when adding / executing the group
