      When you programmatically add a table row by using the XML Document Object Model (DOM), Internet Explorer may quit unexpectedly. This problem may occur when the value of rowSpan is greater than 1 in Internet Explorer 5.5 Service Pack 2 (SP2), and you install the December 2002 cumulative security patch for Internet Explorer.
