Paint.NET is a full-featured, professional-grade graphics application built on the .NET Framework as a senior design project at Washington State University with the direction of Jack Hagemeister and in cooperation with Microsoft.
Disclaimer: Because of compatibility problems, the demo recording software didn't pick up some of the dialog boxes for the configuration of effects. This is especially noticeable when Tom talks about the Levels and Script (now known as 'Code Lab') effects.
