      • Users are prompted to "Save" unnecessarily when building WPF projects


      CAUSE
      • If Team Foundation Server is the selected SCC Plugin in Visual Studio and you try to build a WPF project, you’ll get an unnecessary message box stating the file changed on disk and prompting you to save
