You can use Monitoring Server to collect numerical data describing the media quality on your network and endpoints, usage information related to Voice over IP (VoIP) calls, instant messaging (IM) messages, audio/video conversations, meetings, application sharing, and file transfers, and call error and troubleshooting information for failed calls.
