Overview

This downloadable file contains the most current Microsoft Outlook® 2002 Help files and replaces the existing Help files available in Outlook 2002. 


You can access the contents of this file in any of the following ways:

• Ask a Question box
  To quickly access Help, use the Ask a Question box on the menu bar.
  
• The Office Assistant
  The Office Assistant automatically provides Help topics and tips on tasks you perform as you work — before you even ask a question.
  
• The Help window
  You can turn the Office Assistant off. If you do, you can access Help through the Help window.
  
• Help on the Microsoft Office Web site
  You can connect to the Microsoft Office Tools on the Web site and other Microsoft Web sites directly from any Microsoft Office program by clicking Office on the Web on the Help menu.
  
  Also, if you find a Help topic that begins with "WEB:", the Office Web article will appear in your Help window, and you will have the option to open it in a larger browser window.

Instructions

To install this download

1. You may want to print this page to use as a reference when you are offline.
2. Download the file from the Microsoft Office Tools on the Web site by clicking the Download link above and following the instructions in the dialog boxes.
3. Double-click the OlHelp.exe program file on your hard disk to start the setup program.
4. When prompted for a location for Updated Access 2002 Help Files, save this file to the Help folder in your Microsoft Office installation folder:
   
   C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\1033
   
5. When the installer asks if you want to overwrite the existing olTOC10.CHM, click Yes.
6. When the installer asks if you want to overwrite the existing olow10.aw, click Yes.
