Troubleshoot sign-in problems with a Microsoft account

When you sign in, make sure that you're doing the following:
Are you using the correct URL for your Microsoft Dynamics CRM organization? If you're not sure what yours is, visit http://crm.dynamics.com and then click or tap CRM Customer Sign In. Enter your Microsoft account. If you belong to one organization, it will open. If you belong to several, a list of organizations you belong to will be displayed.
To use Microsoft Dynamics CRM, your CRM administrator sent an invitation to your Microsoft account email address. Verify that you're using the same Microsoft account e-mail address that the invitation was sent to.
