What it costs
Microsoft does not determine the final cost of your solution. The partner from whom you purchase the software licenses determines the pricing.
Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 is licensed under a pricing model that is simple, flexible, and focused on the needs of the individual roles in your company. Most of the functionality is included in the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 server; there are no multiple editions. Your price varies according to the value received by each employee—not the level of access they enjoy. You select and pay for the level of interaction that each user needs. *
