Microsoft won the award for Best Integrated Front Office Solutions in recognition of the key strengths of Microsoft Dynamics. It offers unique, seamless interoperability with middle- and back-office applications as well as Microsoft products such as Power BI for data analytics, Skype and Yammer for workforce collaboration, and SharePoint for document workflow management.
