Transforming Service in the Cloud with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online for Government

Dynamics The rapid pace of technology-fueled change has made this an exciting time full of possibilities for organizations of all sizes – particularly in the public sector. Innovations around mobility and cloud are driving efficiencies and increasing impact across all industries and sectors. However, it is about more than just efficiency, it is about delivering new and exceptional experiences. Advancements in data management across devices are helping to reignite the passion of the workforce resulting in superior service that constituents demand and deserve. In addition to an open and flexible platform (Azure), a cloud productivity suite (Office 365), Microsoft offers business applications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online to enable government agencies to take advantage of the cloud to change the way they deliver services to all of their constituents, both inside and outside of government.

In July, we announced Dynamics CRM Online for Government. With this announcement, Microsoft is making a commitment to deliver a cloud service specifically designed to meet US government security standards such as FedRAMP and HIPPA. Available in early 2015, Dynamics CRM Online for Government will provide public sector customers with a US-based government cloud that will allow customers to deploy solutions quickly and cost effectively. The Microsoft cloud will give public sector organizations the control, flexibility and security they need to move to the cloud, while leveraging their existing investment in Microsoft. With our financially backed service level agreements, government customers can be confident knowing that Microsoft stands behind their mission critical systems.

With Dynamics CRM Online for Government, Microsoft is bringing together its cloud platform and productivity applications to allow US public sector organizations greater efficiency, ease of use and collaboration. With single sign-on, users can move seamlessly across applications and focus on getting greater insights from their data to drive greater impact and service to constituents.

Microsoft has recently announced a new release of Dynamics CRM for 2015, the powerful capabilities and customer-centric features which will also be available in Dynamics CRM Online for Government.
