Have the following information ready:
The name and email address of the person whom you will designate as the program administrator for your Microsoft IT Academy Program. The program administrator will be the primary contact for your institution’s Microsoft IT Academy Program; he or she will receive the welcome kit with IT Academy wall plaque and important email messages regarding access to your benefits.
Your institution’s tax ID or tax-exempt information (if applicable).
Your existing membership number (if you are renewing your membership)
Begin your online application by typing your information in the fields below*.
All applications undergo a review process before acceptance to the Microsoft IT Academy Program is granted. Within 24 to 48 hours of submitting your online application, your program administrator will receive an email confirmation containing your order status and directions on how to complete the application.
All benefits are realized shortly after acceptance into the program, and membership fees help cover the cost of these benefits. Therefore, no refunds can be issued.
If your institution has a volume licensing agreement through one of the following VL programs: EES, OV-ES, or Select, you have the option to purchase your Microsoft IT Academy subscriptions through those agreements.
