Vergence Application Integration Course

This course will train users to further expand the rollout of their Vergence solution by adding applications using the Bridgeworks application integration toolkit. Participants in the 2.5-day lecture-lab Advanced Vergence Application Integration course will:
  • gain hands on experience with the Bridgeworks integration toolkit
  • learn how to integrate Windows, web and terminal-based applications
  • develop their own Single Sign-On bridge
  • upgrade a Single Sign-On bridge by adding Patient Context Sharing
  • collaborate with experienced integration engineers to review their target applications and plan their expansion

Vergence Administrator Course

This course will train users to manage the architecture, operation and expansion of your Vergence solution. In this 3-day instructor-led course, participants shall:
  • gain in depth knowledge of Vergence features including Single Sign-On and Clinical Workstation
  • understand Vergence application integration including CCOW-enabled applications, Bridges and using the Credential Agent
  • gain hands on experience installing and configuring Vergence Vaults and using the Import Users tool
  • install private and shared clinical desktop environments with Authenticator and Launchpad
  • develop an Authenticator logon script to provide custom resource access for each user
  • configure default and custom roles for Launchpad
  • add Launchpad tabs for CCOW-enabled, Bridged and Citrix published applications
  • configure error logging and email notifications

proVision Application Integration Course

This course will train users to further expand their proVision solution by adding additional applications and achieving increased automation from proVision. Participants in the 3-day lecture-lab Advanced proVision Application Integration course shall:
  • gain hands on experience adding new applications to proVision
  • develop a custom request page and automate it with pre-fill and validation scripts
  • use the BridgeBuilder for proVision tool to create application integrations
  • augment BridgeBuilder scripts with custom actions to handle more complex application workflows
  • configure and deploy Automated Provisioning
  • collaborate with experienced integration engineers to review their target applications and plan their integration

proVision Implementation and Administration Course

This course will train users to manage the architecture, operation and expansion of your proVision solution. Participants in this 3-day lecture-lab course held at Sentillion’s Corporate Training Facility in Andover Massachusetts will:
  • gain in depth knowledge of proVision features
  • understand proVision’s integration with Microsoft Active Directory
  • gain hands on experience managing proVision components including Master Configuration files, databases, security and disaster recovery strategies
  • configure a new application for provisioning
  • define Roles and Approvers for applications
  • enable a proVision Bridge
  • configure Automated Provisioning
  • create and populate an auditing/reporting database

expreSSO Application Integration Course

This course will train users to further expand the rollout of their expreSSO solution by building custom application integrations using the Connector Wizard and the Sentillion Performance Framework. Participants in the 2.5 day lecture-lab Advanced expreSSO Application Integration course shall:
  • gain hands on experience with the Sentillion Performance Framework (SPF) API
  • learn how to integrate Windows and Web-based applications
  • extend Connectors to support custom actions
  • build custom Connectors
  • collaborate with experienced integration engineers to review their target applications and plan their expansion

expreSSO Implementation and Administration Course

This course will train users to administer and expand the rollout of their expreSSO solution. Participants in the 2.5 day lecture-lab Advanced expreSSO Administration course shall:
  • feel comfortable in their understanding of the expreSSO product suite, typical customer use models and generally expected behaviors
  • possess hands-on experience working with the expreSSO tools and the implementation lifecycle including requirements definition, installation, code, debug, test and deploy
  • Be able to expand their current expreSSO implementation by enabling new features and rolling out expreSSO in new environments
