Nokia Lumia 630

Rated 5 out of 5 by a solid phone for little money. I bought this phone merely to see what windows phone 8.1 is all about. I have an iPhone 5 and have been an iPhone person since 08. I've grown bored so I thought I should try something new. I've purchased the 920,1520,520 and 620 in the past and none could make me want to switch for longer than a couple days. The 920 didn't have a mature enough OS. The 1520, as awesome as it was, it was just too big for me. The 520 and 620 were pretty decent but the slight lag did not match what I had grown accustomed to with the iPhone 5. Now the 630 is noticeably quicker and the size is just about perfect. This thing is sweet!! And i love the bright colors. July 16, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Surprised how good it is I just got the Nokia Lumia 630 a few weeks ago for FREE (after $50 rebate) when joining Cricket Wireless. Before I had an iPhone, and was worried the quality would be way less than what I was accustomed to. Boy was I wrong! This phone is AWESOME. It's very user-friendly, and has many useful apps. For example, MixRadio is like a free advertisement-free version of Pandora! and the buttons on the home screen are re-sizable, which is cool. Even the camera, which I thought would be bad because it has no flash, is remarkably decent. I thought there wouldn't be enough variety of apps, but there are tons of options. Overall, I'm very pleased. (I should note, Cricket Wireless is great too, had even better coverage than Verizon when I recently traveled to Upstate NY!) Thanks Windows for making an awesome smartphone that is so affordable. August 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing Got as replacement for an LG optimus logic, also was told it was dual core when I purchased it. Got home and started to wonder about specs since I multitasked so well, so I looked it up and realized it was much better than I had originally thought. Quad core power! July 21, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Good price for a good phone The phone satisfies my basic cellular phone needs such as calling, texting and searching the internet, but I wish it would have more standard features that other smart phones have, such as: a front camera, ability to create hot-spots, and a wider variety in downloadable apps. I really like the size and resolution of the screen. It is also much lighter in weight than I thought it would be. Overall, a nice phone. July 31, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great looking phone, bright screen, easy to use The plastic body is great quality. Cricket green is very nice. The screen is very bright for outdoor use. And yes, it is plenty sharp. Windows Phone OS is easy to navigate quickly which I think is a long term plus. August 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Better than the iPhone. Cool colors and great features all powered by Windows. July 26, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Why did I ever leave Nokia??? I was a hardcore Nokia user up until they stopped making physical keyboards on their phones. Then I switched to Android, the Galaxy to be exact. Needless to say I was less impressed with any android phone than I ever was with any of my old Nokia phones. So, I gave in and switched back. BEST DECISION EVER!!! Yes it has less apps then android and ios, but the apps it has function 10x better because they test them, there are no apps that are missing that I haven't found an even better version of on Windows, and no more broken google maps. NO ONE will EVER be able to top Nokia's awesome navigation. Everyone I know with a Galaxy and iPhone is now jealous of my Nokia, and they should be. Cortona is way better than Siri (who apparently now has dementia, because her answer is always that she use to know the answer to your question). The battery life on mine has lasted over 3 days (way better than my 12hr Galaxy battery). Best of all, no preloaded spam like Google+ that is stuck on your phone taking up space, and it is more customizable now than Android is. The only drawback to this phone is the notifications. There is no light on the front to let you know you have a notification and they chime in while you are talking on the phone. However, the notifications bar is new to 8.1 and I'm sure they will fix that in the near future. DEF get this phone!!!! August 20, 2014
