To use the following options, first press the lock key to unlock the device.

Mute or unmute the microphone

Select rc.qgn-indi-button-mute-mic.jpg or rc.qgn-indi-button-unmute-mic.jpg.

Put an active voice call on hold

Select qgn-indi-button-hold.jpg or rc.qgn-indi-button-unhold.jpg.

Activate the loudspeaker

Select rc.qgn-indi-button-loudspeaker.jpg. If you have attached a compatible headset with Bluetooth connectivity, to route the sound to the headset, select Options > Activate BT handsfree.

Switch back to the handset

Select qgn-indi-button-handset.jpg.

End a call

Select qgn-indi-button-end-call.jpg.

Switch between active and held calls

Select Options > Swap.

Tip: To put an active call on hold, press the call key. To activate the held call, press the call key again.

Send Touch tone strings

  1. Select Options > Send touch tones.

  2. Enter the Touch tone string or search for it from the contacts list.

  3. To enter a wait character (w) or a pause character (p), press * repeatedly.

  4. To send the tone, select the tone. You can add Touch tones to the phone number or Touch field in contact details.

End an active call and replace it with another incoming call

Select Options > Replace.

End all calls

Select Options > End all calls.

Many of the options that you can use during a voice call are network services.
