Mail for Exchange does not synchronize properly after I installed Microsoft Apps for Nokia Belle. I get an error message "data base might be corrupted". What should I do?

If you see this behavior, try the following steps:

If your default access point is set to Always Ask, then change it to Internet. If that does not help, then perform the following steps:

  1. Remove the Exchange ActiveSync (Mail for Exchange) mailbox from your mobile.
  2. Restart the phone.
  3. Add Exchange ActiveSync mailbox again and resynchronize your data from the server.
