If Wi-Fi Calling is not working properly, check the following:
- Check that the latest phone software is installed on your phone (1030.6409.1316.0016 or later).
- Check that the phone has been reset after the installation of the software update.To enable Wi-Fi Calling, you will need to reset your phone.
Note that resetting your phone will remove all personal data from your phone. Before the reset, we recommend that you create backup of your personal data. To backup your phone, on the start screen, swipe left, tap Settings > backup. To reset your phone, on the start screen, swipe left, tap Settings > about > reset your phone. After the reset your phone will restart and as you sign in to your Microsoft account, your phone will prompt you to restore your personal data.
