Yes, you can.
- Browse to your PDF document and open it with PDF Reader.
- In the bottom right of the screen, tap ... > share.
- Sign in to your Microsoft account, tap Yes to allow access and then tap share.
- Select the email account you want to send your message from, complete your email, and then tap Send.
You can access and share your OneDrive documents from the Office hub. On Start, swipe left, and then tap Office > places > OneDrive.
