Nokia Suite informs, connection to device failed or support software installation failed. What should I do?

Try the following workarounds:

  1. Check that a date and time is properly set on the phone.
  2. Check that the SIM card is properly inserted on the phone (illustration sometimes can be seen at the back of the phone).
  3. Check the free and available memory on phone's C: drive.

If above steps do not help, then try to repair your Nokia Suite installation, on your Windows desktop, go to Start > Control Panel > Program and Features (Win XP and Vista: Add and  Remove Programs) > Nokia Suite > Repair.

If you have a separate Nokia Software Updater application in use, download the latest Nokia SW Updater and install it.
