To find serial number (IMEI), try one of the following:

  • Find the serial number in the repair request confirmation email you received.
  • Check the original sales package or sales receipt/contract.

This tool provides repair status for devices sent to our Authorized Service Centers only. This information is provided as a courtesy. The online information reflects the latest status update provided by the repair center for customers and is the same information available to the Contact Center. Repair status: New – Pending receipt of device into the Repair Center

Your request for repair has been received and we are currently awaiting receipt of your device into our repair center. You should have received an email confirmation with detailed instructions. If you have already shipped your device, please check with your shipping vendor to determine the location of your device. Once your device is received into our repair center, the repair status will change to "Received". Please allow for a 1-2 business day processing time for our system to be updated.

Your device has been received into our repair center and is currently in the queue to be evaluated for repair. Turnaround time for in-warranty repairs is approximately 7-10 business days.

Your device has been received into our repair center and is currently in the repair process. Turnaround time for in-warranty repairs is approximately 7-10 business days. You will receive an email once the device is shipped back to you. The email will contain information about what was done to your device and will contain shipping information so you can track the return of your device.
