Tami Reller is executive vice president of Microsoft’s Marketing group, responsible for marketing to consumers and businesses globally. Since joining Microsoft in 2001, Reller has held several positions within the company. Most recently, she was both chief marketing officer and chief financial officer for the Windows division.
Reller began her career in technology at Great Plains Software in 1984 while still in college. She had a number of leadership positions within the company, including chief financial officer, a position she held at the time of Microsoft’s acquisition of Great Plains Software in 2001.
A native of Grand Forks, N.D., Reller earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a master’s degree in business administration from St. Mary's College in Moraga, Calif.
