REDMOND, Wash., July 9, 2004 — Microsoft Corp. today announced the finalists for the 2004 Microsoft® Partner Program Awards. The awards recognize Microsoft Certified Partners that developed exemplary solutions for their customers during the past year. More than 800 entries were submitted by partners worldwide, and finalists from regions around the world in various categories were named, based on their innovative use of Microsoft technologies to provide exemplary solutions for their customer needs. In addition, Microsoft announced the finalists of the Global ISV of the year. The winners will be named at the Worldwide Partner Conference, Microsoft's premier annual partner event, July 11--13, 2004, in Toronto.

Microsoft Partner Program Award finalists will be honored from each of the following categories: Advanced Infrastructure; Business Intelligence; Global ISV; Information Worker; Integrated E-Business; ISV/Software Solutions; Learning; Microsoft Business Solutions; Networking Infrastructure; Security; Small Business; and Software Asset Management.
Finalists for each category were chose from defined regions of the world: Canada, Asia, Eastern Europe/Middle East/Africa, Latin America, South Pacific, and the United States. Following are the finalists in each category:
