A free 60-day trial of System Center Advisor is available to customers in qualifying countries. Beyond the 60-day free trial period, System Center Advisor is only available to Software Assurance customers for their qualifying server products (SQL Server, Windows Server, SharePoint Server, or Exchange Server). Your existing Software Assurance coverage on qualifying server products allows you to receive System Center Advisor for no additional cost. There are no requirements specifying which Volume Licensing program (e.g. Enterprise Agreement or Open Value) was used to purchase these licenses. However, you may use this service only for qualifying products that are covered with Software Assurance. For example, if you have Software Assurance on your Windows Server products, you may use this service to monitor and manage configurations for Windows Server, but not for SQL Server (unless your SQL Server licenses are covered as well).

If you do not currently have active Software Assurance on your eligible server products and would like to obtain full access to System Center Advisor, please work with a preferred reseller to purchase a new license and Software Assurance (or Software Assurance only, if eligible).
