Microsoft Dynamics CRM drives productivity for professional services company

With a staff of 2500, Integreon provides legal, research & business support and outsourcing services to large law and finance firms around the world. Due to a number of acquisitions, the company inherited multiple server platforms which resulted in concerns regarding security, back-up capacity and unknowns about scalability and licensing for fluctuating staff levels. To overcome this situation, Integreon implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM online for client information and management and Microsoft Office 365 for email and office apps.
