Disability Answer Desk agents provide assistance to customers with disabilities, such as people who are blind, have low vision, are deaf, or may have other impairments. We also support customers looking for help with accessibility features such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, or speech recognition commands.
Videophone technical support is available in American Sign Language (ASL). Disability Answer Desk support is also available in French and Spanish
