Correct Misspelled Words as You Type
To save time and keystrokes, you can set AutoCorrect options to automatically correct common spelling errors, typos and incorrect capitalization as you type. When you chose the option Replace text as you type, Outlook will automatically replace spelling and typing errors you type. For further information, see the topic "AutoCorrect" in Outlook Help.
Note: To view a list of common spelling and typing errors that will be automatically corrected when the Replace text as you type option is turned on, scroll through the list under Replace on the AutoCorrect tab. You can also add words to this list. See the accessibility tutorial "Make AutoCorrect Entries for Misspellings and Typos."
