Opening Utility Manager

Utility Manager is an accessibility utility that enables users to check the status of accessibility programs (Microsoft Magnifier, Narrator, On-Screen Keyboard) and to start or stop them. This tutorial tells you how to open Utility Manager.

On the Start menu:
  • Point to Programs.
  • Point to Accessories.
  • Point to Accessibility.
  • Select Utility Manager.
To open Utility Manager:
  • Press the Windows logo key+U.
