Adjust system volume

Although most computer speakers have a volume control, you can control the overall level of sound from your computer.

To adjust system sound, select:

  • The volume control icon in the Taskbar.
  • Move the slider up (to increase volume) or down (to decrease volume).

To adjust system sound, select:

  • The volume control icon in the Taskbar by pressing the Windows logo key [image: Windows logo key] +B, then the arrow keys, and SPACEBAR.
  • Use the arrow keys to move the slider up (to increase volume) or down (to decrease volume).
