Always Expand ALT Text for Images
To ensure that ALT text is not cut off if the amount of ALT text is larger than the image area, people who rely on ALT text should select the Always expand ALT text for images option. Turned on, this option expands the image size to fit all of the alternate text. This procedure tells you how to select this option through Internet Options in Control Panel.
