Mousekeys is an accessibility feature designed for people who have difficulty using a mouse. MouseKeys allows you to use the numeric keypad to control the movement of the mouse pointer. If you want to use the numeric keypad for data entry as well as for navigation, you can set MouseKeys to be activated by pressing NUM LOCK. This procedure tells you how to turn on MouseKeys through Accessibility Options in Control Panel.
To turn on MouseKeys:
Note To turn off MouseKeys, clear the Use Mousekeys check box.
To turn on MouseKeys:
Note To turn off MouseKeys, clear the Use Mousekeys check box by pressing M.

You can select these settings under MouseKeys Settings by selecting the checkboxes of the options you want, and moving the slider arrows for speed and acceleration:
