Turn On or Turn Off Play Animations, Sounds, and Videos in Web Pages

When these options are selected, animations, sounds and videos will be allowed to play when Web pages are displayed. Turned off, the visual experience will often improve for people who have low vision or who are sensitive to screen flashing. Turning off these options often also helps pages display quicker.
