Start Accessibility Programs Automatically When You Log On
Utility Manager is an accessibility utility that enables users to check the status of accessibility programs (Microsoft Magnifier, Narrator, On–Screen Keyboard) and to start or stop them.
You can choose to have any of the accessibility utilities open automatically when you log in to your computer. To select this setting, however, you must be logged in as an administrator at a secured workstation, or a Computer administrator on a computer that is not part of a domain–based network. This procedure tells you how to set accessibility programs to start automatically when you log in.
