Store Text and Graphics to Insert Later
A frequently used graphic, such as a logo or a formatted text block, can quickly and easily be stored for later insertion into your Word documents. Once your text or graphic has been stored as an AutoCorrect entry, whenever you need it, just type the name you assigned to it (in the position you want to insert it), and press the SPACEBAR (or any punctuation). The graphic will be inserted automatically in place of its name.
