View and Print a List of Shortcut Keys

You can find a comprehensive list of keyboard shortcuts in Word Help by typing "keyboard shortcuts" in the Ask a Question box in your open Word program, or the What would you like to do?box on the Accessibility Wizard tab in Word Help. Following is an accessibility tutorial for viewing and printing a list of keyboard shortcuts from Word Help.

1 On the menu bar:
  • Select Help.
On the menu bar:
  • Open the Help menu by pressing ALT+H.
2 On the Word Help menu:
  • Select Microsoft Word Help.
On the Word Help menu:
  • Select Microsoft Word Help by pressing H.
3 In Microsoft Word Help:
  • Select the Accessibility Wizard tab.
In Microsoft Word Help:
  • Select the Answer Wizard tab by pressing ALT+A.
4 In the What would you like to do? box:
  • Enter keyboard shortcuts.
  • Select Search.
In the What would you like to do? box:
  • Enter keyboard shortcuts.
  • Press ENTER.
  • Move to the Topic pane by pressing F6.
5 In the Topic pane:
  • Select Show All.
In the Topic pane:
  • Select Show All by pressing TAB.
  • Press ENTER.
  • Open the Print dialog box by pressing CTRL+P.
6 On the Microsoft Word Help toolbar:
  • Select the Print button.
In the Print dialog box:
  • Select Print by pressing ENTER.
7 In the Print dialog box:
  • Select Print.
