Select Tools.
Select Speech.

Note: In Microsoft Excel select Speech Recognition from the Speech menu.

On the menu bar:

Open the Tools menu by pressing ALT+T.
Select Speech by pressing ALT+H.

To train speech recognition:

Select Next.

Training begins with help in adjusting your microphone.
