Reed Cundiff is the General Manager of Microsoft’s Central Marketing Group – Research Team. Reed is responsible for ensuring that Microsoft’s most critical business decisions are based on deep customer and market understanding. Reed’s group conducts primary research for corporate initiatives and many of Microsoft’s product and business groups, and manages syndicated research. Reed joined Microsoft in January 2005 as Director of Research Incubation and Frameworks.
