What do you get when you mix technology, award-winning musicians and upbeat London? Those who were on the 24th of October around Trafalgar square know the answer. A brand new Surface 2 was put to the test by, give me a beat please, award-winning star… Dizze Rascal. An extra twist? It wasn’t quite the Surface 2 you could place in the palm of your hand, unless of course, your hand measures 26 feet.

A powerful tablet for a powerful artist, Dizzee Rascal exclaimed: “I’m never in one place for long – whether it’s in the studio, on tour, I’m always travelling about and now I can combine work and play on one device – works for me!”

The event marks the launch of both Surface 2 and Surface Pro 2. If you were looking forward to these cool devices, you are in luck! No more need for a four-leaf clover, they are now available for purchase in 21 markets.

Since they run on Windows, both devices can be customized and adjusted to your unique needs. A game developer might use it quite differently from a CEO on the move, and a liberal arts student. In short, your Surface becomes what you want it to be.

Our colleague in the UK, Ally Wickham said: “We’re really excited to be collaborating with Dizzee Rascal on the Surface 2 launch; he is a real inspiration for what can be achieved when you go out there and get more done! The Surface 2 is designed to work with you to achieve, connect and compile your personal and work worlds.”
