Tiffany Songvilay is a Microsoft Office specialist and coauthor of So That's How! 2007 Microsoft Office System: Timesavers, Breakthroughs, & Everyday Genius (Microsoft Press, 2007). She has presented productivity scenarios at Microsoft Convergence, IT executive committee (ITEC), and International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP). Currently engaged as a business analyst for Microsoft enterprise customers, Tiffany designs and implements training plans that enable companies to transition their workforce into new technologies smoothly.
