He worked his way up to systems administrator responsible for Microsoft Operations Manager, Active Directory directory service, Microsoft Exchange Server, Web hosting, storage, and clustering for an exchange hosting provider based in the United Kingdom. A two-time Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) recipient for Microsoft Operations Manager, Andy is currently working as an infrastructure consultant for 1E, an automated deployment and Windows management specialist. Andy's previous experience includes managing IT systems of many large-scale clients, including the British Army.
