The Microsoft Deployment Toolkit offers guidance for Lite Touch Installation (LTI) deployments. Presenter:  Glenn Fincher, Principal Technologist, Xtreme Consulting Group , and Jeff Carlson , Principal Consultant , Xtreme Consulting Group

Glenn Fincher is a senior consultant with Xtreme Consulting Group, a Microsoft Certified Partner that specializes in deploying desktops. A road warrior for more than 10 years, Glenn travels the world to train Microsoft personnel, partners, and customers on all aspects of the deployment process. His passion is helping companies get the "bits on the box" using proven best practices. Glenn's depth of knowledge on deployment tools and techniques helps him stay on top, tailoring deployment approaches for organizations large and small. Glenn holds multiple Microsoft certifications, but his more than 20 years of experience in the industry is what gives him an edge. That and his lazy southern drawl!

Jeff Carlson is a principal consultant with Xtreme Consulting Group, a Microsoft partner focusing on desktop deployment. Before joining Xtreme, Jeff was involved in the architecture, planning, and deployment of Microsoft platforms, applications, and services for many organizations and enterprises in the United States and abroad. His previous roles include architecture and design of systems, networks, and applications, as well as technical lead or subject matter expert (SME) roles. Jeff's deployment history spans from Windows NT 4.0 and Office 4.3 through the Windows Vista operating system and the 2007 Microsoft Office system, varying from 250 seats to 25,000 seats. He has taught MCSE coursework through CTEC and ATEC institutions to many thousands of students.
