Conference Registration

Full conference registration
The full conference registration fee includes admittance to all sessions and labs, as well as the Technical Learning Center and Partner Expo. You also receive an attendee conference bag, notebook, pen, attendee shirt, name badge and lanyard, breakfast, breaks, lunch, reception food, and entrance to the Attendee Party.*

Pre-Conference Seminar fee
Pre-Conference spaces are filling up quickly, yet there is still time to add one more day to your Tech·Ed Developers experience in Orlando, Florida. You can attend a Pre-Conference Seminar or Hands-on Lab on Monday, June 2. Tech·Ed attendees will receive a US$100 discount. The Pre-Conference Seminar registration fee includes one Pre-Conference Seminar on Monday, June 2, a name badge and lanyard, and lunch on Monday, June 2.

US$350 for registered Tech·Ed attendees;
US$450 for non-Tech·Ed attendees

Partner Expo Tradeshow-Only pass
The Partner Expo Tradeshow-Only registration fee includes access to the Partner Expo on Tuesday, June 3, through Friday, June 6 (during open hours), a name badge and lanyard, and reception food in the Partner Expo area. The Partner Expo Tradeshow-Only registration fee does not include access to sessions, Hands-on-Labs, or the Attendee Party.

Multi-event registration discounts

Individuals can attend both Microsoft Tech·Ed North America 2008 Developers (June 3–6) and Microsoft Tech·Ed North America 2008 IT Professionals (June 10–13). Attendees who register for and attend both events at the full registration price of US$1,995 are eligible for a 10 percent discount (US$400), in the form of a refund to be applied after June 14, 2008.

Refunds will be applied only to the Tech·Ed IT Professionals registration cost and will use the original payment method in the IT Professionals registration record. This discount cannot be combined with any other discount code, including sponsor and exhibitor codes, and does not apply to cancellations or substitutions.

*Government employees: Microsoft Tech·Ed North America 2008 Developers is a Microsoft event generally open to the public. There will be items of value available at no charge for attendees of this event, including but not limited to software and personal use items. In order to comply with applicable government gift and ethics rules, Microsoft cannot provide government employees with “giveaways” of Microsoft products or other items of value during the event. Please specify during registration and on any evaluation forms if you are a government employee.

Please note: The full conference registration fee for attendees includes all meals, reception food, and entrance to the attendee party. Sponsored giveaways and personal items (including attendee conference bag, notebook, pen, and attendee shirt) will not be provided to government employees to comply with ethical standards. Please identify yourself to registration personnel upon check-in.

The provided waiver can be signed for government employees to receive giveaways on site.
