Information For Partners

Interested in becoming an Exchange Hosted Services partner? There are two primary opportunities for partners to work with Exchange Hosted Services:

  • Resell Only: Microsoft Volume Licensing resellers have the opportunity to resell the services to customers, while allowing the customer to maintain control over customization of the services. The customer would coordinate with Microsoft to activate the service(s) and receive ongoing support from Microsoft.

  • Resell and Manage: Microsoft resellers (licensing through Volume Licensing) and Service Provider partners (licensing through the Service Provider License Agreement Program) have the opportunity to resell and manage these services on behalf of their customers, who have opted for a fully outsourced solution. The partner would coordinate with Microsoft to activate the service(s) and would act as the primary support contact for their customers.
