September 2008

Hi everyone,

Welcome to the latest issue of the Expression Newsletter! It’s been a busy summer for the team as we’ve been working hard to enhance our Expression Community site. We’ve launched a brand new homepage that offers deeper, more relevant content, as well as easier access to some of our most important learning resources. We even added “What’s fresh” and “Expression tips” RSS feeds.

Were you able to catch some of the coverage of the 2008 Beijing Olympics broadcasted on TV and/or on your computer this August? NBCOlympics.com brought you over 3,600 hours of video coverage – completely powered by Silverlight – including the closing ceremony. This was the largest online media event ever accomplished on the Web!

If you happen to be in New York City in September, consider visiting us at Web.2.0. You’ll be able to see Silverlight and Expression demos and ask us any questions. Hope to see you there!

Enjoy!
