Arvoisa ohjelmistoalan ammattilainen,
Tervetuloa "Application life cycle management and Visual Studio
Team System" -seminaariin ja Visual Studio Team System
-käyttäjäkerhon perustamiskokoukseen 20.4. klo 8:30-16:00.
Yksittäisen ammattilaisen tehokkuus ja tuottavuus ei enää ole
suurin ohjelmisto-organisaation haaste. Yksi suurimmista
haasteista on ohjelmisto-organisaation kokonaisvaltainen
toiminta, siten että asiakas kokee saavansa ratkaisuista
merkittävää arvoa ratkaisun elinkaaren aikana. Seminaarissa
tutustumme ohjelmiston elinkaarenhallinnan haasteisiin ja Visual
Studio Team System -ratkaisuun eri näkökulmista.
Päivän
päätteeksi perustamme Visual Studio Team System -käyttäjäkerhon,
johon on tervetulleita niin nykyiset kuin tulevatkin VSTS
käyttäjät. Samassa kokouksessa päätämme yhdessä päälinjat
käyttäjäkerhon toiminnalle.
Seminaarissa ovat puhumassa kansainväliset puhujat Julio
Fernandez Gayoso, Svante Lidman sekä Mitch Lacey, joilla on
useiden vuosikymmenien kokemus ohjelmistokehityksestä ja
ohjelmistoliiketoiminnasta. Tervetuloa seminaariin ja
käyttäjäkerhon perustamiskokoukseen.
Seminaarin jatkoksi on mahdollisuus osallistua Mitch Laceyn ja
Tieturin yhdessä järjestämiin

Julio
Fernandez Gayoso, Microsoft
Julio Fernandez-Gayoso joined Microsoft Western European
HQ in 2006, as the Western European sales manager for
Microsoft Development Tools. He is leading the team
responsible for Microsoft Application Lifecycle
Management –
ALM- Solution, Visual Studio Team Systems in Western
Europe.
Before Joining Microsoft, he worked for IBM Software
Group for 19 years, leading several teams at both EMEA
level and Spain & Portugal unit. He has a strong
background in Software Business including: Data
management, Business Intelligence, and application
business such as CRM/ERP/SCM/B2B. He has been leading
several regional and global alliances such as Oracle,
BaaN, Siebel, Dassault, i2 and Ariba in conjunction with
some of the global system integrators.
He has extensive experience in managing International
multicultural, multidisciplinary teams. He has been a
speaker in multiple international conferences and
industry events in both Europe and the US.
He holds an Executive MBA from
Instituto de Empresa as well as BA on Economics and
Business Administration with a specialization in Finance
from the University of Santiago de Compostela in Spain

Svante
Lidman, Principal Consultant
Svante has more than 20 years experience of software
development, primarily working with software development
processes and related tooling. Svante has worked as a
development manager, program manager, project leader,
and mentor for customers across the world. He has deep
experience of how to reach goals such as timely delivery
and quality through the use of an engineered software
development process. Since 2000 Svante has worked for
Ivar Jacobson Intl and Jaczone (acquired).
Prior to that Svante has held management positions in
software development at Microsoft, Rational Software,
and Objectory and other companies.
Svante has a Master of Science degree in Engineering
Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology in
Stockholm. |

Mitch
Lacey, Mitch Lacey & Asscociates Inc
Mitch Lacey is an agile practitioner and trainer. Mitch
has been managing projects for over twelve years and has
numerous plan-driven and agile projects under his belt.
Mitch honed his agile skills at Microsoft Corporation,
where he successfully released core enterprise services
for Windows Live. While at Microsoft, he transitioned
from Program Manager to Agile Coach, working
hand-in-hand with groups throughout their transition to
Agile practices. After Microsoft, Mitch was the Agile
Practice Manager at Ascentium Corporation where he
practiced agility on the projects he ran every day while
coaching customers on agile practices and lessons on
agile adoption worldwide.
As a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and a registered
Project Management Professional (PMP), Mitch shares his
experience in project and client management through
Certified ScrumMaster courses, Agile coaching
engagements, conference presentations, blogs and white
papers.
He is the author of “Adventures in Promiscuous Pairing”
presented and published at the Agile 2006 conference,
“Transitioning to Agile: Key Lessons Learned in the
Field” presented and published at the Fall 2007 PMI
Global Congress in Atlanta, Georgia and "The Impacts of
Poor Estimating - and How to Fix It" presented and
published at the winter 2007 SQE Agile development
conference in Orlando, Florida. He is presenting at
Agile 2008 in Toronto Canada on a variety of topics, as
well as the Better Software Conference in Las Vegas,
Nevada in June 2008.
Mitch is currently under contract with Addison Wesley to
publish a book titled "Adopting Agile: 101 Tips for
Surviving Your First Year" scheduled for publication in
2009. |
