Forefront Server Security Management Console is licensed through Microsoft Volume Licensing in the Microsoft Online Services program on a per server monthly subscription model. This license includes all product upgrades during the license period.

Forefront Server Security Management Console
$8.15 US per server per month
Microsoft Forefront Server Security Management Console allows administrators to easily manage Forefront Security for Exchange Server, Forefront Security for SharePoint, Microsoft Antigen for Exchange, Microsoft Antigen for SMTP Gateways and Microsoft Antigen Spam Manager. Customers need to purchase licenses only for the servers on which they are running Forefront Server Security Management Console—not for each messaging or collaboration server it manages.
