DoJ Won't Pursue Breakup or Tying Claim
In a press release issued today, the United States Department of Justice announced it will not seek to break up Microsoft in the antitrust case, nor will it pursue the illegal tying claim that Microsoft made the Internet Explorer browser a non-removable part of the Windows operating system.
