A: For a fee, you can change your Gamertag by following the steps in the "Create or change your Gamertag" section.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: You can change your password at Windows Live™ ID Account Services.
Note: MSN Games, Microsoft, Windows Live ID, and its representatives will never ask you for your password. If you receive an e-mail requesting your password or if a Games for Windows � LIVE member claiming to be a Microsoft employee asks for your password, do not give it out!
Q: How do I opt in and out of information sharing?
A: Please visit Xbox.com and sign in with your Games for Windows � LIVE account. Click your gamer profile, Manage Account, and then Contact Preferences to sign up or remove your e-mail address from the mailing list.
Q: How do I convert my child's account to an adult account when they come of age?
A: Please contact LIVE customer support for assistance.
Q: How do I update my email address?A: You can update your Windows Live ID e-mail address in theAccount settings for Windows Live. If you have a @Hotmail.com, @Live.com, @MSN.com, @Zune.net, or @Passport.net e-mail address, please contact LIVE customer support for assistance with updating your account information.

Q: How do I modify my billing information?
A: You can update your billing contact and credit card information on by signing into the Microsoft Billing site with your LIVE account e-mail address and password. Your Games for Windows –LIVE account will appear as Xbox LIVE. Select this option from the drop down box.
