Note: MSN Games, Microsoft, Windows Live ID, and its representatives will never ask you for your password. If you receive an e-mail requesting your password or if a Games for Windows – LIVE member claiming to be a Microsoft employee asks for your password, do not give it out!

A: Please visit Xbox.com and sign in with your Games for Windows – LIVE account. Click your gamer profile, Manage Account, and then Contact Preferences to sign up or remove your e-mail address from the mailing list.
