You can help Microsoft improve the quality, reliability, and performance of Games for Windows – LIVE. Just join the Microsoft Games for Windows – LIVE Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP).

If you choose to participate, Microsoft will collect anonymous information about your hardware configuration and how you use games to identify trends and usage patterns.

Microsoft will not collect your name, address, or any other contact information. You will not be asked to complete any surveys, no salesperson will call, and you can continue playing without interruption.

Signing up for the CEIP

The first time you run a Games for Windows – LIVE game, you are invited to join the CEIP. Just click Yes, participate.

You can start or stop participating at any time.

To change your CEIP settings:

1. On your computer, start your game and then press the HOME key on your keyboard to open the LIVE Guide.
2. Sign into Games for Windows – LIVE
3. Click Personal Settings, Customer Experience.
4. Click Yes, participate or No, don't participate.
