Install latest updates for Games for Windows - LIVE and Windows
Games for Windows – LIVE will prompt you to install any required updates. If you are unable to install these updates, you can install them at www.windowsupdate.com or by starting Windows Update from Programs. You will need to opt into the Microsoft Update service, by clicking Change Settings in Windows Update and selecting Microsoft Update under Update Service.
Additionally, you will most likely be asked to perform all outstanding critical updates for the Windows operating system, which are also available through Windows Update.
Windows XP players are required to install the following Windows operating system update to fully utilize the Games for Windows – LIVE software.
